Frequently Asked Questions

Question:  How do I to get myself or someone else enrolled in services?

Answer:   The first step for you is to complete the potential client form on our website.  You will receive an email confirmation to let us know we have received your application.

Question:  What types of insurance do you accept?

Answer:  We currently accept BlueCross Blue Shield of Illinois, Health Alliance, Aetna, Molina, Meridian, IlliniCare/Youth Care, Illinois Medicaid and are enrolled in the Community Health Partners.

Question:  Do you accept cash pay?

Answer:  Yes, we work hard with each family to ensure that finances are not a barrier to you or your family receiving services.  Cash pay options are available, let us know if you would like to discuss a cash pay arrangement.

Question:  Do you have a waiting list?

Answer:  Yes, we currently have a waiting list and are working hard to address everyone's needs on the waiting list.  We encourage those in a crisis situation to put their name on the waiting list and also explore other service providers in the area.  We want to ensure that we can provide the intensive, supportive services to you and your family.

Question:  I am looking for Therapeutic Riding, do you provide that service?

Answer:  We do not provide Therapeutic Riding.  Our staff members are trained Mental Health Professionals and we provide mental health/counseling services.  Unfortunately, we currently do not know of any Therapeutic Riding programs in our area for referrals.
